Ingredients:
- Spinach Puree – 1 Bowl
- Green Chilli – 2 Nos
- Wheat Flour – 2 cups
- Salt – To Taste
- Oil – For Frying
- Water – as required
Method:
- Blanch the spinach leaves for about 3-4 minutes and let cool.
- Add the blanched spinach and green chillies in a grinder to make a fine paste.
- Take 2 cups of whole wheat flour in a bowl and add the palak puree.
- Knead the mixture into a dough and make small balls out of the dough.
- Take a rolling pin. Roll out a very thin pooris after dusting with whole wheat flour so it doesn’t stick to the rolling pin.
- Heat the frying oil, add the pooris to the hot oil and fry until cooked through.
- Serve Hot.
