Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie is perfect to fuel your body post a workout or to kick start the day as a nutritious breakfast. It is made with ingredients that are not only healthy and taste great, but also satiate.

Ingredients:
Frozen Banana – 1 in no
Milk – 150-200 ml
Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Ice cubes – 4-5 in no.
Method:
1. Put all the ingredients along with frozen banana in a blender and blend it till smooth in texture.
2. Pour in a glass and serve chilled.
Note: If you don’t like peanut butter, try using almond butter instead.
