Paneer is a high biological value protein. It is a powerhouse of all the nine essential amino acids that our body requires. The protein present in the paneer acts as building blocks of our cells and help in the recovery and growth of the muscles. The calcium and vitamin D in paneer make bones and teeth stronger and healthier. It also helps maintain bone mass. Calcium also promotes healthy heart, muscle and nerve function. Paneer is a great source of minerals such as magnesium and phosphorus.
Ingredients:
- Homemade or Low Fat Paneer cubes – 1 Cup
- Onion, diced – 1 Small
- Capsicum, diced – 1 Small
- Tomato, diced – 2 Small
- Spring Onion, chopped – 1 Tablespoon
- Soya Sauce – 2 Teaspoon
- Chilly Sauce – 2 Teaspoon
- Green Chili – 1-2 no.
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Teaspoon
- Oil – 2 Teaspoon
- Salt – as required
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan & add onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chilli and sauté.
- Now add tomatoes and sauté. Add paneer, soya sauce and chilly sauce and toss well.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes so that paneer absorbs all the flavours.
- Finally, garnish with spring onions and paneer stir fry is ready.
