Ingredient:
- Iceberg Lettuce Bunch (Chopped) – 1
- Cucumber (Chopped) – 1
- Boiled Corn – 1 cup
- Greek Yoghurt / Hung Curd – ¼ Cup
- Coriander Leaves – 1-2 Tbsp
- Garlic Chopped – ¼ Tsp
- Lemon Juice – 1 Tbsp
- Salt – To Taste
- Water – as Required
Method:
- In a big bowl, add Curd, Coriander leaves, Garlic, lemon juice, salt and spoonful water, mix this well.
- Now add lettuce, cucumber and boiled corn. Give it a nice stir and serve.
