Hung Curd or Greek Yogurt is just curd / yogurt that contains its whey strained, resulting in a thicker, creamier yogurt.
The refreshing and cooling combination of cucumber, tangy lemon juice, and hang curd is perfect for summertime. It works well as a sandwich spread, salad dressing, and side dish for potatoes, nachos, and crackers.
Ingredients:
- Hung Curd – 1 Cup
- Cucumber (Grated – Remove Water) – 1/2 Medium size
- Coriander (Chopped) – 2 Tbsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 Tsp
- Garlic Cloves (Minced) – 1 Tbsp
- Salt – As Per Salt
Method:
- In a big Mixing bowl, add all the ingredients
- Mix it well
- To enjoy Hung curd dip at best, store it in the fridge
- You can also let the hung curd dip rest in fridge for 4 days
