Hung Curd Dip | Protein Rich | Healthy Recipe

Hung Curd or Greek Yogurt is just curd / yogurt that contains its whey strained, resulting in a thicker, creamier yogurt.

The refreshing and cooling combination of cucumber, tangy lemon juice, and hang curd is perfect for summertime. It works well as a sandwich spread, salad dressing, and side dish for potatoes, nachos, and crackers.

Ingredients:

  • Hung Curd – 1 Cup
  • Cucumber (Grated – Remove Water) – 1/2 Medium size
  • Coriander (Chopped) – 2 Tbsp
  • Lemon Juice – 2 Tsp
  • Garlic Cloves (Minced) – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt – As Per Salt

Method

  1. In a big Mixing bowl, add all the ingredients
  2. Mix it well
  3. To enjoy Hung curd dip at best, store it in the fridge
  4. You can also let the hung curd dip rest in fridge for 4 days
