Ingredients:
- Turmeric: 1 tsp
- Black Pepper: 4 in no
- Cloves: 4 in no
- Elaichi: 4 in no
- Ginger: ½ inch
- Lemongrass: few leaves cut
- Tulsi: 5-6 leaves
- Jaggery: 1 Tsp
- Dalchini: a small piece / ½ inch
- Licorice (Jesthamadh) – a small piece
- Water: 2-3 Cups
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer until mixture is reduced by half
- Strain and have it warm.
