Hariyali chicken is a healthy Indian dish that is popular just for its ingredients. The authentic style of the gravy is prepared by combining all the greens like coriander, chilies, and mint leaves.

Ingredients:
For Green Paste –
- Mint Leaves – 15-20 Nos
- Coriander Leaves – 1/4 Cup
- Garlic Cloves – 3-4 – Big Size
- Green Chillies – 2 Nos
- Lime Juice – 1 Tsp
Other Ingredients –
- Chicken Breast- 250 Gm
- Black Pepper Powder – 1 Tsp
- Curd – ½ Cup
- Salt – To Taste
- Oil – 2 Tsp
Method:
- Take out the ingredients and put them in a blender to make a smooth green paste.
- Spread this paste on the chicken breast.
- Add salt, black pepper powder and curd. Leave on for 4-5 hours to marinate
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Cook till done and serve hot.
