Green Chutney

Green coriander leaves have antifungal and antiseptic qualities. Therefore, it helps in avoiding skin blemishes and acne issues. It helps in detoxification which eventually results in a clear glowing skin. Coriander is rich in vitamin A, iron and folate. Green chutney can be a part of your snack recipe or as a sider with your lunch.

 

Ingredients:
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 Cup
  • Roasted Chana Dal – 1 Tablespoon
  • Garlic – 6 to 7 in no
  • Green Chillies – 2-3 no.
  • Sugar – ½ Teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
 Method:
  1. Blend all the ingredients and enjoy the green chutney with your favourite recipe.
