Fruit Popsicle

Fruit Popsicle is a yummy and delicious choice. Strawberries are rich in potassium, manganese, Vitamin C, manganese, and folate. They may help to reduce inflammation and promotes wound healing.

Oranges contain immunity-boosting nutrients due to their Vitamin C content. They are a good source of fibre which helps to manage cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular diseases.

A combination of these super fruit gives a refreshing taste and nourishes your body.

 

Ingredients :

  • Strawberry – 1 Cup
  • Orange – 1 Cup
  • Sugar – 2 Teaspoon

 

Method:

  1. Blend strawberry, orange, sugar and water in a blender and remember to not strain it.
  2. In a popsicle mould, pour the mixer.
  3. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or until set completely.
  4. Finally, unmould the popsicle and enjoy.

 

NOTE: You can separately prepare the mixture and layer it as either first orange & then strawberry
