Egg Wrap recipe is a quick and healthy breakfast solutions for all age groups. This combination of eggs & veggies is packed with right amount of nutrients making it a healthy choice for all.
Eggs are high in protein which plays vital role in growth, maintenance and repair of the cells. This Egg Roll recipes has vegetables therefore makes it high in dietary fibre too which again provides our body with numerous health benefits like improving satiety levels, promoting bowel regularity and preventing heart diseases.
Ingredients:
- Eggs – 2
- Wheat Flour Roti – 1 Cup
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Cucumber Sliced – 1
- Lemon Juice – 1 Teaspoon
- Green Chillies Chopped – 2 in no
- Black Pepper Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
- Oil – 2 Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add whole wheat flour, little oil and salt. Knead the Dough
- Divide the same dough into small balls and roll the balls into a circular shape rotis.
- In another bowl, break eggs add salt and whisk well.
- Cook roti on the pan from one side to make it little crispy
- Flip the roti on another side, add whisk egg and spread it all over
- Once it is cooked slightly turn egg side paratha towards the pan and cook for few minutes.
- In a bowl, add onion, chopped green chillies, peeled cucumber and tomato. Mix well and keep aside.
- Take a cooked roti, egg side should be upside down, add stuffing in the centre and roll roti and seal the edges.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
