Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs🥚 – 2 Whole
- Whole Wheat Bread – 4 Slices
- Chopped🧅 Onion – 1 Whole
- Chopped Tomato🍅 – 1 Whole
- Chopped Green Chilli – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt🧂 – as per taste
- Black Pepper – ¼ to ½ Teaspoon
- Oil – 1 Teaspoon🥄
- Chopped Coriander leaves – for garnish
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, add diced egg along with onion, tomato, green chilli, salt and pepper. Mix well and keep aside.
- Place the mixture in substantial quantity on a bread slice and cover it with another.
- Heat a pan, add oil. Place the sandwich and cook both the sides until golden in colour. You can also toast it in a toaster.
- Slice it into 4 pieces.
- Serve hot with green chutney
