The fiber content in corn helps to maintain a healthy gut. Corns are also a good source of quercetin which have a protective effect against Alzheimer disease and dementia.
Ingriedients
- Boiled Corn – 1 Cup
- Onion – ½ Small
- Tomato – ½ Small
- Capsicum – ½ Small
- Lemon Juice – 2 Teaspoon
- Coriander Leaves – As required
- Chaat Masala – As required
- Salt to taste
