Ingredients:

  • Cabbage – 1 Medium
  • Tomato – 3 Medium
  • Onion – 4 Medium
  • Capsicum – 2 Medium
  • Coriander – ½ Bunch
  • Water – 650 ml
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt, Pepper & Lime to Taste

Method:

  1. Heat the pressure pan and add a few drops of oil
  2. Add all the veggies and sauté them
  3. Add water, salt, and pepper to taste & pressure cook for 1 Whistle
  4. Squeeze a fresh lime & add some coriander
  5. You can adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed
