Ingredients:
- Cabbage – 1 Medium
- Tomato – 3 Medium
- Onion – 4 Medium
- Capsicum – 2 Medium
- Coriander – ½ Bunch
- Water – 650 ml
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Salt, Pepper & Lime to Taste
Method:
- Heat the pressure pan and add a few drops of oil
- Add all the veggies and sauté them
- Add water, salt, and pepper to taste & pressure cook for 1 Whistle
- Squeeze a fresh lime & add some coriander
- You can adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed
