Almond Milk Peanut Butter Smoothie | Quick Breakfast

Smoothie is an all-time favourite dessert, if you’re looking for a mouth-watering yet quick breakfast solution then this Almond Milk Peanut Butter Smoothie is meant for you.

Almond milk is a dairy-free, creamy milk replacement that is also low in calories. It’s also rich in healthy fats such as vitamin E and omega-3 fatty acids.

Oats are a good source of soluble and insoluble fiber and good for gut health. Due to the high fiber content oats are slowly digested, ensuring one feels full for longer.

Peanut butter has a rich, nutty flavour and healthful fats that keep you full. Cinnamon not only gives the smoothie a nutty taste but has been also recognised for its metabolism-boosting effects.

Ingredient:
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk – 150 to 200 ml
  • Unsweetened Peanut Butter – 1 Tablespoon
  • Rolled Oats – 1 Tablespoon
  • Cinnamon Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Ice Cubes – a few
Method:
  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend it nicely for 30-60 seconds until it become smooth and frothy
  3. Pour it into a glass and enjoy delicious, creamy breakfast smoothie

NOTE: Can add coffee powder or unsweetened cocoa powder to enhance the taste. Can also add a fruit to make it more calorie and nutrient dense.
