Almond flour pancake is a great gluten-free healthy breakfast option loved by all age groups. Almonds are a great source of Vitamin E, healthy fats, calcium and fiber. They prevent and manage dyslipidaemia. They have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties to help protect you from heart disease. The protein and fiber in the nut provide satiety, thereby maintaining weight. Since they are high source of calcium, magnesium, & fiber help to improve bone health and prevent from cardiovascular diseases.
Ingredients:
- Almond Flour – ½ Cup
- Baking Powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Stevia – 1 Teaspoon
- Salt – ½ Teaspoon
- Milk – 1 Cup
- Butter – 1 Teaspoon
Method:
- Take a deep mixing bowl, add almond flour, baking powder, stevia and salt.
- Add milk and make a batter. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick pan, grease a little oil and pour the batter. Use a ladle to shape the pancake, cook from both sides till golden brown.
- Serve with fruits of your choice.
