Will the online consultation program be different from the offline one?
The objective of each program is to see a healthier version of you and the mode of consultation is just one of the tools engaged to achieve this larger objective. The biggest of the ingredients is your personal commitment to the program. The mentoring process and time spent on each of the sessions is exactly same for both online and offline sessions. We have a large number of clients based in other parts of India and even internationally who avail online consultations.
Do you guarantee any results?
Every individual is different and each body reacts to the interventions done through our programs differently. We take a lot of efforts to understand your body type and what works best for you to deliver good, sustainable and healthy results. Till when is my plan or program valid?
All our diet counselling plans have a fixed duration during which all the support elements mentioned in each plan will be available. This includes diet counselling sessions, diet modifications, chat support, content sharing, etc. The plan will expire post the validity date.
How may diets & counselling sessions will I get in each program?
All our programs have different Frequency of Follow-up which can be Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly or Quarterly. The maximum number of sessions & diet plans in each plan will be basis the same.
Will I get a dedicated mentor for my program?
YES. A dedicated mentor who is a qualified and experienced dietitian will be assigned to you. The mentor will be hand-holding you through the entire journey and helping to achieve the desired results.
How can I communicate with my mentor during the program?
Our team continuously strives to be available on chat for any queries that you may have. However, the chats are responded intermittently during the day and between 10 am to 7 pm. We would appreciate if all your queries are asked in the WhatsApp group created for you instead of any personal messages.
How do I update my progress and share with my mentor?
You need to update the daily diary on the Balcal Nutrefy app which will allow you to capture your daily steps, food diary, water intake and sleep. You also need to update your weight on a weekly basis to track the progress achieved and help plan the way forward.
What will happen if I need to a break in the middle of my ongoing diet program?
We do not recommend you to take a break in the middle of your program as it will hamper the entire momentum achieved. However we offer the option to “Freeze” your plan in case we need to take a short, informed break in the middle of the plan. This can be given in case of specific reasons & unexpected events including medical emergency. The same can be availed only once during each plan and the maximum freeze duration cannot exceed 1 month. The plan will get automatically extended by the number of days the plan is frozen.
Can I upgrade my plan in the middle of my diet program?
Plans can be upgraded, if informed at an early stage. The upgrade window varies for each plan and it is 7 days for a 1-Month Plan, 15 days for a 3-Month Plan & 1 month for a 6-Month Plan.
How can I pay for my diet program? Do you have any part-payment options?
We accept payment via multiple modes including NEFT, UPI, Payment Gateways including PayU & Razorpay, Cash, Credit & Debit Cards, etc. You can book any of the programs using our Balcal Nutrefy App. We also, at times, share payment links through WhatsApp or Email for client convenience.
Partial payment options are also available for long validity plans. The part-payment window is 30 days for 3-Month Plan, 60 days for 6-Month Plan, 90 days for 12-Month Plan.
Do you offer any discounts on the programs?
No. We do not offer any discounts on our programs.
Can I share my personal information on your platform?
We, at Balcal Nutrefy, respect your privacy and try and ensure that all the data that we collect is always secure and confidential. We would however, use some of your pictures, chats, progress charts, food images, etc. gathered during the program on social media for encouraging other individuals like you to take charge of their health. We will keep you informed about the same.
