At 63, Natarajan is a true inspiration, proving that age is just a number. With a passion for running and a remarkable determination, he recently took on the daunting Khardung La Challenge—a marathon at one of the highest altitudes in the world. Known for its grueling terrain and challenging weather, this marathon tests even the most seasoned athletes. Yet, Natarajan accomplished it with impressive resilience, better recovery, and strong immunity.
His journey with us began as he prepared for the Challenge, seeking a diet that would provide optimal support for his goals. We designed a customized diet plan specifically for him, focusing on boosting endurance, aiding muscle recovery, and strengthening his immune system.
