Ingredients:
  • Boiled Eggs🥚 – 2 Whole
  • Whole Wheat Bread – 4 Slices
  • Chopped🧅 Onion – 1 Whole
  • Chopped Tomato🍅 – 1 Whole
  • Chopped Green Chilli – 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt🧂 – as per taste
  • Black Pepper – ¼ to ½ Teaspoon
  • Oil – 1 Teaspoon🥄
  • Chopped Coriander leaves – for garnish
Method:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add diced egg along with onion, tomato, green chilli, salt and pepper. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Place the mixture in substantial quantity on a bread slice and cover it with another.
  3. Heat a pan, add oil. Place the sandwich and cook both the sides until golden in colour. You can also toast it in a toaster.
  4. Slice it into 4 pieces.
  5. Serve hot with green chutney
