Green coriander leaves have antifungal and antiseptic qualities. Therefore, it helps in avoiding skin blemishes and acne issues. It helps in detoxification which eventually results in a clear glowing skin. Coriander is rich in vitamin A, iron and folate. Green chutney can be a part of your snack recipe or as a sider with your lunch.
Ingredients:
- Coriander Leaves – 1 Cup
- Roasted Chana Dal – 1 Tablespoon
- Garlic – 6 to 7 in no
- Green Chillies – 2-3 no.
- Sugar – ½ Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients and enjoy the green chutney with your favourite recipe.
