Corn Chaat

Yellow corn is a good source of the carotenoids – lutein and zeaxanthin, which are good for eye health and help prevent the lens damage that leads to cataracts. The fiber content in corn helps to maintain a healthy gut. Corns are also a good source of quercetin which have a protective effect against Alzheimer disease and dementia.

Ingriedients
  • Boiled Corn – 1 Cup
  • Onion – ½ Small
  • Tomato – ½ Small
  • Capsicum – ½ Small
  • Lemon Juice – 2 Teaspoon
  • Coriander Leaves – As required
  • Chaat Masala – As required
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Mix all the ingredients and enjoy this delicious corn chaat.
